1、 Salary and Benefits
1. The minimum monthly salary for the internship period is 7500 yuan;
2. Regular salary of 8000 yuan/month, comprehensive monthly salary: 12000-15000 yuan/month (priority admission subsidy for veterans: 1000 yuan/month);
3. The internship period is one month, and the salary will be paid in the form of clocking in on the 10th of each month (without deduction or delay);
4. At the end of the year, there will be a year-end bonus and enjoy double pay at the end of the year;
5. Interview on the same day, arrange accommodation on the same day, no need for quarantine;
*The company pays five social insurances and one housing fund, including 15 days of paid annual leave, year-end bonus, and a minimum guarantee of 6500 yuan or more.

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for supervising and coordinating the quality, construction progress, safety, civilized construction, and standardization of mechanical and electrical engineering, ensuring the project's milestone progress;
2. Responsible for the joint review of mechanical and electrical construction drawings for water, electricity, heating, etc., proposing rationalization suggestions, controlling project costs, and supervising optimization design;
3. Resolve construction issues related to on-site water and electricity projects, report design problems to the project design team, and assist them in proposing solutions to design issues;
4. Handle changes in the mechanical and electrical field that occur during the engineering process, coordinate the relationship between design, construction, and supervision, and effectively control the impact of changes on project progress.
Qualifications for the position:
1. College degree or above, major in HVAC, mechanical and electrical engineering, water supply and drainage, electrical automation or related fields;
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
