Operating conditions for dry-type transformer cooling fans
1. The ambient temperature should be between -40°C and 75°C.
2. The industrial gas passing through the cooling fan must not contain strong acids, strong bases, or various solutions.
3. No sand, dust, or other debris should fall into the fan to avoid burning out the fan or breaking the blades.
Installation and maintenance of dry-type transformer cooling fans
1. Before installation, first check for any damage or deformation caused by packaging and transportation. If there is any damage or deformation, it should be repaired before installation.
2. Then check if all parts and screws are loose; whether the blades are colliding with or misaligned from the air duct. If they are colliding or misaligned, adjustments should be made before installation.
3. After installing the cooling fan, a test run should be conducted. Only after the fan operates normally can it be used in conjunction with other equipment.
4. If the fan has been stored for a long time before reuse, it should be checked and tested. If there are no abnormal phenomena, it can be used in conjunction with other equipment.
5. After the fan installation is complete, the wiring should be sealed to prevent leakage that could cause a short circuit and burn out the motor.
Handling and storage of dry-type transformer cooling fans
1. During handling, be careful to lift and place gently, following the markings and requirements on the packaging box. Do not turn it upside down or stand it upright.
2. During handling, avoid strong impacts and severe vibrations to prevent damage to the packaging and product.
3. The fan should be stored in a ventilated, dry place free from corrosive gases, avoiding rain and direct sunlight.。
