Product Overview and Use
HTF series fire exhaust axial fan is a series of fan products specially designed and manufactured by our company to meet the fire exhaust of high-rise civil buildings, which have been tested and qualified by the National Center for Quality Supervision and Inspection of Fixed Fire Extinguishing Systems and Fire-Resistant Components and have proved that this series of fans can operate safely under the high temperature of 280°C for more than 30 minutes, and can be used in a long time when the gas temperature is ≤120°C. The HTF series is configured with a double-speed HTF series is equipped with two-speed motor as the special fan for fire-fighting smoke evacuation; it usually runs at low speed as the supporting equipment for air-conditioning or ventilation; once a fire occurs, it will automatically control the series of actions, and the fan will turn into high-speed operation to achieve the purpose of fire-fighting smoke evacuation, so that the people in the fire area can be evacuated in time and in a safe manner. HTF series is suitable for hotels, office buildings, theaters, shopping malls, basements, high-temperature fire fighting and ventilation, but also for high-rise buildings and civil buildings of the central air-conditioning unit fan section of the host. Besides, it can also be used as general factory ventilation and exhaust. The use of conveying gas does not contain viscous substances; non-viscous particulate matter should be less than 150mg/m3.
Characteristics of the fan
1. HTF series of special fans for fire fighting and high temperature smoke exhaust have the features of excellent performance, good performance of high temperature resistance, high efficiency, occupying an area less than centrifugal fan, easy installation, and so on.
2. Excellent performance in high temperature resistance: the fan meets the requirements of GB50045 fire code standards, and the fan can operate safely for more than 30 minutes at a high temperature of 280℃, and can be used for a long time when the gas temperature is ≤120℃. Widely used in high-level civil buildings, ovens, underground garages, tunnels and other occasions.
3. Wide range of application: according to the different requirements of high-level civil buildings, variable speed or multi-speed drive form, in order to achieve the dual-use (i.e., commonly used ventilation, exhaust and fire-fighting high-temperature smoke exhaust) purposes; leaf type is divided into axial and inclined flow type, so that this series of fans have a wider range of performance.
